EPIC Dental Lab – Newport Beach, CAAt EPIC Dental Lab, we prioritize a smooth, artistic, and efficient workflow tailored to the needs of boutique cosmetic dentists. Our collaboration process is designed to support predictable esthetic outcomes and a premium service experience from start to finish.1. Initial Consultation & Onboarding
• Introductory Meeting (virtual or in-person): Discuss your practice needs, esthetic preferences, and workflow.
• Account Setup: We collect your preferred scanner type, shipping address, and communication preferences.
• Starter Kit: Includes submission forms, shade guide reference, and prep guidelines.2. Case Submission
• Digital Scans Accepted: TRIOS, iTero, CEREC, Medit, or STL files
• Send via: Secure online portal or preferred scanner interface
• Supporting Materials: Upload full-face photos, shade selection, case notes, and smile design goals3. Smile Design & Case Planning
• For esthetic or complex cases:
• Virtual design meeting available with the ceramist
• Wax-up (digital or physical) prepared for mock-up and approval
• Prep guide and reduction matrix sent upon request4. Production Process
• All restorations are handcrafted and/or digitally designed based on your case requirements
• Multilayering ceramics are built using customized shade layering and internal textures
• Final restorations are inspected under magnification and adjusted for precision fit and esthetics5. Case Delivery
• Local Delivery: Same-day pickup or courier for Newport Beach, Orange County
• Nationwide: Overnight shipping via FedEx or UPS with tracking and secure packaging
• Branded presentation boxes and printed case info included for patient delivery
6. Follow-Up & Feedback

• Responsibilities: Hand-layered ceramics, veneers, crowns, and implant restorations
• Lead: Master Ceramist (Founder – Ghazaleh Agoun)
• Staff: Skilled ceramists, layering assistants, glaze/polish technicians2. Digital Design Department
• Responsibilities: CAD design (Exocad/3Shape), digital wax-ups, implant bar designs
• Remote Support: Iran-based digital team (Year 1)
• Future U.S. Staff: On-site CAD designers, 3D printing techs, scanner specialists3. Production & Milling Department
• Responsibilities: Milling zirconia/e.max, 3D printing models or temps, finishing frameworks
• Equipment: Milling machines, sintering ovens, 3D printers
• Technicians: CAM operators, model technicians4. Client Relations & Case Coordination
• Responsibilities: Dentist communication, scheduling, logistics, quality control
• Coordinator: Case manager handling case flow, priority scheduling, and delivery tracking
• Tools: CRM system, communication software (WhatsApp, Zoom)5. Marketing & Media Department
• Responsibilities: Social media, video content, brand partnerships, co-branded marketing
• Lead: Marketing/content manager (future hire)
